1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of rivenostudio.com and purchases from RIVENO STUDIO, operated by OCEANIO LLC. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility and intended use

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Our products are decorative objects and adult collectibles, not toys. They are not intended for use by young children. You are responsible for using products safely and according to product instructions and warnings.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to present products, colors, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately. Screens and photography can affect perceived color and finish. Minor variations inherent to a decorative finish or production process do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, are handled as shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize the payment method submitted at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, and order changes are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Order Cancellation & Changes Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

The RIVENO STUDIO name, site content, product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission from OCEANIO LLC.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to violate law, interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe another party's rights, introduce harmful code, or use automated means to scrape or disrupt the site without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure site operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Missouri will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
