Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Standard transit generally takes another 5-8 business days. Delivery timing can vary by carrier and destination.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders.

When is the daily order cut-off?

The cut-off is 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after cut-off are treated as received the following business day.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Email us immediately at support@rivenostudio.com. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

How do returns work?

Request a return by email within 30 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Are your pieces toys?

No. RIVENO STUDIO products are decorative objects and adult collectibles. They are not designed or marketed as toys. Keep products and packaging away from young children, follow all product-specific warnings, and use each item only as intended.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

No. We are an online-only store and provide support by email.
