Shipping policy
Where we ship
RIVENO STUDIO currently ships only to physical delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, international destinations, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight-forwarding destinations.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. We do not offer paid expedited shipping at this time.
Processing and delivery estimates

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier capacity, address issues, holidays, or other events outside our control may cause delays.
Order cut-off
Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders submitted after that time are treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Tracking
When an order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when tracking is provided by the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours after the carrier receives a package for tracking activity to appear.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request an address correction, email support@rivenostudio.com as soon as possible. We cannot promise changes once an order has entered processing or been handed to a carrier.
If a package is returned because an address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable, we will contact you about available options. A re-shipment may require confirmation of the correct address.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly. We may ask you to confirm delivery details and may open a carrier inquiry. Carrier investigations can take time. We will work with you in good faith to reach an appropriate resolution where the facts support it.
