We begin preparing orders quickly so they can ship within our stated processing window. If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@rivenostudio.com immediately with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cancellation, item changes, and address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Orders that have been packed, processed, or transferred to a carrier cannot be canceled. If cancellation is approved before fulfillment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
