Payment security

Payment information is processed through secure payment providers and is not sent to us by email. Do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment information to RIVENO STUDIO.

Payment review and order cancellation

To protect customers and our business, we may review an order for possible fraud, inaccurate information, unauthorized activity, or other security concerns. We may contact you for additional verification or cancel and refund an order when we cannot verify it, when payment authorization fails, or when an order cannot be fulfilled.
